Refund Policy, Missed Appointments & Rescheduling

I understand that emergencies can happen to anyone; therefore, if an emergency keeps you from attending a session, please contact me whenever possible to let me know the circumstances. Events such as a family emergency, serious accidents, or illness are considered “emergencies.” In all other circumstances, if you miss a session without notice or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a makeup session will incur an additional fee of $150. If you reschedule within the same week, the cancellation fee will be waived.

NO refunds will be provided for completed sessions.

NO refunds will be provided for remaining sessions unless I am unable to perform my coaching service, or I deem the client's needs would be better met elsewhere.

I take my coaching service seriously, and I am committed to your growth and transformation. This refund policy is meant to inspire a sense of commitment to your time and financial investment in your success. If keeping the scheduled sessions will be difficult, you may consider starting our coaching engagement at a later date. You’ll see the greatest success when you can focus your time and energy on yourself.
