Refund Policy

Please provide 24-hour advance notice if you need to cancel a session. There is no additional fee if you reschedule your missed session for a date and time before your next scheduled session.

NO refunds will be provided for:

• missed sessions
• sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour advance notice
• sessions that you cannot reschedule for a date and time before your next scheduled session

Makeup sessions may be added at a rate of $75 per 1-hour session.

However...since life happens, you are allowed one last-minute emergency freebie—you may cancel and reschedule a session with less than 24-hour notice. This operates on an honor system and one time only.

I take my coaching service seriously, and I am committed to your growth and transformation. This refund policy is meant to inspire a sense of commitment to your time and financial investment in your success. If keeping the scheduled sessions will be difficult, you may consider starting our coaching engagement at a later date. You’ll see the greatest success when you can focus your time and energy on yourself.
